Chocolate Cupcakes GF/DF

Benefit: these cupcakes use non blood sugar raising agave, raw cocoa rich in magnesium and iron, and health promoting coconut oil.


  • ¼ cup coconut flour/almond flour
  • ¼ cup raw cocoa flour
  • ¼ tsp mineral salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup raw honey/maple syrup


Turn oven to 180C or 160C fan assisted.

Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl.

Mix the wet ingredients together then pour into dry ingredients.

Spoon mixture into cupcake holders.

Bake for 10-12 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
