Coriander Chicken Burgers GF/DF


  • 400g chicken mince
3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 cm piece of fresh root ginger, grated
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • coconut oil for frying


  • finely chopped mango
1⁄2 chopped ripe avocado
1 red onion
  • handful of coriander leaves, chopped
  • juice of 2 limes or to taste


Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until thoroughly combined.

Shape into little burgers.

Heat some coconut oil in a frying and brown the patties all over for 2-3 minutes.  Drain on kitchen paper.

Make up the salsa by mixing all the ingredients together.

Serve with the burgers alongside a green leafy salad.
