Susie became a ph360 coach in July. Functional medicine is increasingly looking at epigenetics. It is not just about the genes we inherited but HOW they are expressed – epi meaning outside. Our genes our switched on or off by outside influences such as the way we move, eat, sleep, socialise, there is a relationship with the environment we live in and this then alters our gene expression.
