I spent many years working in London at the Chelsea and Westminster High Dependency Unit and the Paediatric Accident and Emergency Unit. Additionally, I gained international experience through nursing work with NGOs in Africa and with Médecins Sans Frontières in Sri Lanka. These experiences solidified my desire to specialise in working with children when I pursued training in nutritional therapy at Patrick Holford’s Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London.
My specialisation includes Autism, ADHD, Asperger’s, challenging behaviours, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and PANS/PANDAS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome and Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections). PANDAS can manifest as sudden obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), tic disorders, or both, following a streptococcal infection. I also focus on supporting children with glandular fever, teens in distress, anxiety, and eating disorders. I am passionate about supporting our next generation and dedicated to making a difference in their lives.
I love working with individuals of all ages, addressing various issues such as autoimmune conditions, autism spectrum disorders, energy and mood imbalances, hormonal fluctuations, and skin issues. My approach involves identifying underlying inflammatory drivers and working collaboratively to restore balance and promote overall well-being.
